Customer Service Representative

This is a support position requiring just one or two years of experience in Commercial Insurance. It is a foundational support/service role, providing superior day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client, producer and account manager questions and issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing ID cards, binders, evidence of property & other certificate of insurance requests
  • Processing and documenting cancellations and reinstatements
  • Ordering and processing renewal and change requests with an emphasis on Business Insurance Risk Management
  • Processing and billing renewal policies
  • Organizing insured’s copies of new and renewal policies in presentation binders for delivery by producer
  • Assisting in the preparation of new and renewal presentations
  • Maintaining accurate policy data in agency management system (AMS360).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
